Michael dealt with our insurance company for us and got them to pay us for the entire project including the repairs! which saved us a huge headache! We were truly blown away by his level of professionalism. Water damage restoration in Los Angeles is a stressful process in our city, but this team made sure that we were happy with the process every step of the way. So pleased with the work!

With the storm that hit LA recently, part of our ceiling in the living room caved in and unleashed all kinds of havoc. We were recommended Bright Restoration by a friends and we weren't disappointment. They came shortly after the call and restored the damages, leaving our living looking like new. I was really impressed by how great a job this company did. I would definitely rely on their services again.

This company is incredible! David came to our house around Midnight! We had a water damage problem from the 2nd floor, and we weren't sure where the water came from originally. David brought some devices and he was able to tall exactly where all the issues are. My husband came that night to a big mess, and a few hours after the house was already in the process of getting dry. It took a few days (4 I think) with the help of some air movers and dehumidifiers - but it all worked out. The insurance by the way, was dealing directly with Bright Restoration and everything was smooth and wonderful. I'm so happy to recommend this guys!
