Everyone has heard the horror stories of building a custom home. Our experience was exactly the opposite - it was actually fun and it was because of Brett (and his unbelievably talented contractors). Words that come to mind to describe Brett are trustworthy, patient, engaged, and skilled, Our new home turned out amazing. The quality of the build is second to none and there are so many little touches that speak to Brett's attention to detail. I cannot give a higher recommendation if you are considering Brett to build your home or any other project.

Building a house can be a very stressful endeavor. Brett completely took the stress out of it and actually made it fun. We had lived in another house that Brett had built prior, that we didn't build, and that prompted us to use him for our new project. The qualify of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creative ideas along the way made this an awesome experience. We couldn't be happier with our dream home.

As a designer I LOVE working on projects Brett Godfrey. Brett is level headed, trustworthy, and fun to work with. My husband and I undertook a major master bath remodel and after interviewing several builders we decided on Brett and his team. The entire experience was wonderful. He was professional and accurate in his estimates of all of these. He was timely and responsive to all of my concerns and his team is very neat and professional. We have multiple young children and animals in the house and his crew was respectful, kind and always cleaned up after themselves allowing us to live fairly normally through the remodel. We are getting ready to remodel the kitchen and have contacted Brett to take on the job!

My wife and I have had the privilege of working with Brett and his fantastic team on not one, but two different occasions. Brett built our first home 11 years ago and we chose Brett again for another build which we just recently completed. I just can't say enough good about Brett and his team. We used this company to update our home. They tore out and rebuilt our fireplace, backspash, and stair banister. We were extremely pleased with the results. My husband and I hired Brett to build our new home. He went above and beyond our expectations! I was extremely vague at times with my different ideas I had in mind but he always managed to make it happen. We did go over budget but I will take responsibility for having expensive taste and changing some things along the way :). I would build again in a heartbeat, if Brett was who I was working with.
