About Us

NuDesign Builders was formed in 2007 with a goal to ‘step outside the box’ of the traditional construction companies by leveraging fresh and innovative ideas. Emerging with our seasoned Builders and trusted partnerships in Central Florida, we created a client-centered business model that focuses on the design/build of residential and commercial property – something we felt was lacking in the industry.

NuDesign Builders has done several renovation projects for me over the past 10 years. It is my go to company for any renovations no matter how big or small. They have renovated an entire house for me: Kitchen, Master bedroom, bathroom and amazing walk-in closet, floors, ceilings, roof, energy-efficient A/C and Hot water Heater, Guest bath, and lanai. I was 100% thrilled with the outcome of the renovations. Subsequent to the total home renovation; I hired him in 2013 to renovate a large laundry and mud room which was a total transformation that turned out beautifully. The most recent renovation in 2015 was a master suite renovation that turned out to exceed my wildest expectations!! Brad Fess is a top-notch, first class creative, diligent and masterful professional builder who I would recommend without hesitation.

I've know Brad for a couple years now and have worked with him on several projects. Being a photographer, I'm always looking at the details. Whenever I'm photographing a Nu Design Builders project, I immediately notice the detail in his craftsmanship. The other thing that is very unique about Brad is his ability to maintain good relationships with his clients during and way after the completion of his projects. I know this because a few months ago, my friend and I were invited to his famous "Crawfish Boil" that he puts on yearly. We had a blast and talked to many people. But the astounding thing was that at least haft the attendees we spoke to when asked "how they knew Brad" said they were past clients. So... In saying this... before you hire a builder, think about the "Crawfish Boil". Just think about it.

Complete renovation of home built in the 70's. Included rewiring , replumbing etc. Every item in house Was replaced from drywall. AC, faucets , lights Everything!!!! The result is beautiful!

The employees of NuDesign were amazing and the work completed was second to none! Due to corporate relocations, my wife and I have moved twelve times (yes 12)! We have had experiences with multiple contractors. Some huge companies, some single person operations and everything in between. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that the entire team at Nu Design are the best we have ever worked with. Their conscientious outlook and attention to detail are amazing. Plus their subs carry the same outlook and customer focus as the owner does, and that is rare. We have just completed the second project with NuDesign and look forward to doing more and larger jobs with them in the future.
