We were having a tough time selling our home in Los Altos, so we decided to hire the Boyenga Team and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Very easy people to work with. I came across the Boyenga Team in efforts of selling my home and I don't think I could've gotten a better team. Janelle and her team are so helpful and friendly. The process was quick and efficient thanks to Janelle's incredible marketing skills. I was able to view the photos and videos they used to market the house and they turned out wonderful. This team is very equipped and knows the area of Palo Alto extremely well. Don't even consider other brokers in the area. Eric takes the time to understand his clients' needs and quickly and aptly finds the right property and negotiates the best situation for all involved. It's no stress with him. He also has access to many properties that are not even listed - so forget about looking at the websites and thinking that's all that's available. Eric has connections in the community that allows him to present properties that are not listed anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about Eric and Janelle. We moved to the Los Gatos area from New York two years ago and knew nothing about the area. But we did rent a property from Eric and Janelle. Janelle not only helped us to navigate the real estate space, but was also my go to person for advice on schools, clubs, preschools, what to do in the area etc. Whenever I texted Janelle, my phone would ring two minutes later with Janelle very happily answering my questions and giving me sound advice. When it came time for us to buy our own home we first consulted with Janelle. She put me in touch with one of their associates (Keith) who was an expert in the area we wanted to buy in. We were in great hands, and Janelle and Eric stayed in the loop, working behind the scenes with Keith and with me to make sure we were getting the right house for the right price. They have become our trusted advisors. We now live in our dream home and will definitely use the Boyenga team again if ever the need arises.

Thank you Eric and Janelle for your professionalism. In today's market so many of the agents I have dealt with do not call me back, let the clients wait a couple days for the response to offer their offers after accepting an offer. Your team followed up and kept me apprised of the offers outstanding and even though my clients' offer was not accepted, I did not have to wait for a day or days to get a response from the agent. We worked with Darcy to buy our first home. She was absolutely great to work with, she was always very knowledgeable and her market analyses were spot-on. She is very honest and never pushed us into a decision we are not comfortable with. She told us when our offers don’t stand a chance, but still did all the paperwork asap when we still wanted to give it a try. She came up with ideas on how to remodel or improve the properties and gave us rough estimates on how much we would have to spend. For the house we ended up buying, she gave us helpful insights what to include in the offer. She helped us through some issues we had with the sellers during the buying process and even after we closed. We used the lender from the Boyenga Team and Darcy helped us dealing with them as well and even went out of her way to get us in contact with other lenders. I could go on for hours, however, overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend her.

Eric and Janelle we're very professional, patient, super responsive, and very flexible. We had a busy schedule and couldn't make it out to too many open houses so they would send us their recommendations that matched exactly with what we were looking for. They even took us out on tours, when we weren't sure which side of the bridge to choose! We went from first offer to home ownership in less than 2 months. There's a reason Eric and Janelle has all these amazing reviews-- there's just that good! Without a doubt, we expect to work with them again when we're ready for our next investment.
