I have been in the real estate business since 1984. As an Associate Broker and later as a real estate attorney I have seen the good, bad and the ugly as far as contractors and builders. It is disheartening. But not with Bonacio Construction. Stop looking around and call Bonacio. The company did a beautiful job with improvements on my Saratoga Springs, NY home and also helped me with stunning bath fixtures for my Chesapeake Bay home in Maryland. Additionally, the staff is genuine and fun and take care of all the details so that you don’t need to stress.

Paul and his Bonacio team built our custom home and we are more than 100% satisfied with the work. Why, 1) Everyone on the team is professional and respectful. You develop a relationship with them and they make you feel that your house is important to them and they are doing the best possible job 2) Passion, Paul loves to build houses and has over 20 years of experience. He knows what works and doesn't and provides his perspective so you are making an informed decision 3) their process, no hidden costs, no surprise bills at the end and you can trust that they are trying to get you the lowest price possible using their relationships and purchasing power 4) communication, they are hands on, taking phone calls and having meetings that meet your schedule 5) Workmanship, everything they do is of the highest quality and they expect the same from subcontractors. Not only is my house beautiful, I trust that is will last for hundreds of years given the design and workmanship than went into it. Also, they fully stand behind their work and come back to adjust things that moved due to the house settling, defective parts, or mistakes in installation. Bonacio transformed what could have been a huge nerve wrecking life decision into a smooth painless process that resulted in a beautiful home and very satisfied homeowners. They are true to their slogan, they Build Value.

Houzz was the go-to interior design forum for me during my house project with Bonacio Construction. I researched everything from ideas for the lighting in my large, open stairwell, to the rustic, built in desks that are now permanent fixtures of artistic woodwork in my home. Whatever image or creative idea I showed to our Bonacio staff, I always heard the same thing "Sure, we can do that". And they did it perfectly, every time. Houzz served as my inspiration, and Bonacio made it happen. Thank you so much to both of these incredible organizations, for helping to make our home simply amazing.

Having been in the real estate business for a lot of years I could not have been happier with my building experience with Bonacio Construction. This is the fourth house I have built and this is by far the smoothest and most enjoyable building experience I have had. The process starts with the estimate (they were the lowest of five local builders) which is gone over from start to finish with everything explained and itemized. Constant updates from the office and a schedule for the anticipated completion, which they hit on the day. A few minor glitches (totally normal with new construction) after we moved in and someone was here within 24 hours to fix it. When people think they can not go through the building process I encourage them to give them a call and see how smoothly it can go. a 100% satisfied customer.
