I would rate a "0" if available. But for our builder requiring we use them we would have run. Their pricing was significantly above internet. Additionally they laid on heavy service fee for things never done. Adding to the abuse they significantly ordered too much product. Installation quality, "did not exist, at best". Again, a "0" on my scale. Would never recommend.

Our experience with ICC Floors and their subcontractors through Pulte Himes of I diana has been less than stellar. The original carpet layer did not properly install the carpet in our new home, and each subsequent tech has barely addressed the situation. Some techs have even told us that they know the work they are doing is improper, but it is all they are being paid to do. We have asked for someone from ICC to inspect the work on numerous occasions, and they have refused to come inspect for themselves. Our experience has been that the subcontractors they are using on their Pulte contracts are underskilled. Steve Clark has promised us, on multiple occasions, that the techs will spend as much time as needed fixing the mistakes. These subs have shown up at the wrong time, without materials and have addressed an entire 600 sq ft home in less than 45 minutes.

Really disappointing work performed. Inept installers for both tile and carpet. I have carpet seams everywhere! Some are only 4 ft apart. Tile missing grout, misaligned, wrong color grout installed. Management is of no help.

I was serviced by sales rep Jackson Powell. Great salesman and perfect customer service. Jackson was easy and efficient to communicate with, right on time. Price provided was great. He sent a great team to install my floors, they were respectful and clean after work with great details. I recommend going to ice and ask for Jackson and you will be satisfied.

This company did an INCREDIBLE job for us. ICC Floors (especially Amanda) under promised and OVER DELIVERED on our hardwood floors. Amanda and Brandon took on this project and in one week did everything we asked for and more. We needed some very slight adjustments and they returned immediately and addressed them without question. Our floors look fabulous. Their attention to detail was superior to any other quotes received and the finished job reflects that. We have enjoyed it now for 6 months and could NOT be happier with what we selected and the job ICC did. The transformation to our home has been profound and we continue to receive compliments!

In the proposal process ICC Floors, and Blake Powell, was the most responsive to getting us samples, and assisting in the decision making process. Once awarded the contract, Blake ordered the materials and scheduled the work on a tight timeline. The crew was courteous, considerate, and respected our work environment; leaving it clean at the end of each day. The entire project wasn't just finished on time - it was finished ahead of time! Highly recommend for any future projects.

We have used ICC for several projects and have been very happy with them. They are competitive with price and worked with our timeline to be sure the project was completed on time. They have a large selection of carpet and hardwood options. Their showroom hours are great, making it easy to stop in after work or on a Saturday. Overall we are very happy with ICC and the service they provided.

ICC completed a bathroom floor tile and shower tile project and installed carpet on a single stairway. The finished bathroom project turned out absolutely amazing and the compliments have not stopped. It looks fabulous! The design project manager Amanda is extremely talented and was very helpful throughout the entire project and easy to work with. I look forward to my next project with ICC.

Our Sales pro, Amanda Oyler was excellent and provided great insight into the process of our continued flooring project from our kitchen area into our living room. The install team was excellent, and the overlay was done exceptionally without visible notices.
