Bill Gregory did an excellent job designing the remodel and new addition to our family beach house. It was not an easy task since he had to work around our desires while fitting the house and garage into the confines of local city regulations and California Coastal Commission requirements. Bill thoroughly researched every aspect of the design so that he could come up with an excellent floor plan that fit our needs. He was extremely conscientious during construction checking on exact measurements of each floor of our addition so that it did not exceed city height regulations (we only had 2" to spare.) He added many innovative touches that our guests continue to admire and designed new spaces to reflect the special 1916 architectural elements of the original house. We just love our "new" beach house!
