What would you do if you have new modern apartment of 1400 sqf empty without any furniture in a very nice part of Vienna. Our decision was to find interior designer that will make it according to our needs! We contacted Branka from Benlyn Wilson Associates and ask her to do it. When she came with initial suggestion, we were very happy and gave it go ahead. One nice thing was that all the furniture that goes on the walls was from the floor to the ceiling. It looks so nice but it proved to be very difficult to install. In any case, once it was on the walls it looked impressive as it was built with the flat. None of the pieces is of usual design and that makes it so to say exclusive (see photos). Being happy with the design, all furniture was ordered from the factory in Italy. We were wondering why and were afraid that will be above the budget. Surprise!! It was 34% below the budget delivered to the doors of the apartment. It was quite unusual. Living now in the apartment, functionality is as good as the look! We are very proud of our decisions and Branka’s imaginative design and completion.

We decided to get into business of renting flats for the short time visitors to Vienna. All statistics showed that business of that type is growing at the fast rate. That is why we decided to buy the building with a number of flats. We were lucky to find an empty newly renovated building with 25 flats of different sizes form one bedroom to 3 bedroom apartments. It was quite a task to design and arrange the apartments for 4 persons to 8 persons in one apartment. We contacted Branka and engaged her for that task. After initial design was presented, we realized that it can match our goal so we proceeded from the design to purchasing and arranging all apartments and facilities. There are 2 penthouse apartments for 8 persons, 4 apartments for 6 people and the rest for 4 people. Different sizes, different needs and different practical needs. The apartments are finalized and in use, the design is modern, minimalistic and very functional. The guest are giving very high rating for both the design and functionality. The maintenance is easy and less costly, one of the important features of such design and thus saving money without compromising with quality. We are also thankful to Branka as the budget was low and saved money, again not compromising with the quality. Time of implementation was critical and it was done in a shortest possible way. The project is successful as its rate of occupancy is high with excellent marks buy the Clients.

HOUZZ REFERENS We needed and had a wish to drastically improve interior of our flat of about 800 sq.feet. The task was quite difficult because the building and the flat are quite old and is in one of the oldest and most prestigeos parts of Belgrade, Serbia. We wanted to keep a spirit of old times and combine it with modern details and up to date functionality. We have seen some of Branka’s previous jobs and decided to engage her for this difficult task. Branka understood exactly what we wanted and acted accordingly. When we had some questions during the design process, she was patient and decisive to do it. We ended up having breathtaking apartment with furniture and details that are combination of old style and most modern designs. That includes paintings (originals) selected in the same manner. We had a budget and worried if it will be enough. Branka was extremely careful in finding what she wanted at the best possible price so we paid less then the budget for better results then we expected. We are now enjoying it at utmost and always feel a joy entering.
