Beers Flooring openly communicates that Paint Touch-Ups may be required after sanding/refinishing in the home, as machines need to touch all wood surfaces to remove existing finish and stain color and abrasions to connecting areas regularly occur as standard operating procedure.

Beers Flooring “Terms and Conditions” list paint touch-ups as homeowner responsibility on points #5 and #5a on your copy of estimate paperwork given to you at time of appointment.

You also received a standalone document titled “Homeowner Expectations – Articles of Acknowledgement” in your Beers Flooring folder which outlines Paint Touch-Ups as homeowner responsibility on the front page of document.

A third notification highlighting Paint Touch-Ups as homeowner responsibility was emailed along with your invoicing and confirmation of scheduling dates titled “Homeowner Expectations – Articles of Acknowledgement.”

At no point did Beers Flooring attempt to hide that Stain and finish marks or smudges and occasional paint chips may result on your baseboards, trim, door jambs, etc. as part of the sanding and refinishing process.

We couldn’t be more pleased with work Beers did on our floors. We had old, custom milled wood floors and wanted to extend them into another area of our home. The job involved an extensive weave into the existing floors, with the new flooring, and refinishing all of the floors. The new and old floors come together seamlessly and the refinishing was done to perfection. Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and our home was left clean at the end of each day. We will definitely use Beers for all future work.

Beers Flooring just completed a beautiful job on our hardwood floors! I am amazed at the professionalism of the entire team (Larry, Nick, Val) who were so helpful in making sure we were completely happy with our floors. I had used a substance (never use Murphy's Oil Soap on wood floors even though it says it is safe to use!) on a spot that just kept growing bigger and bigger and I soon realized I had really made a mess. I called Beers, who installed our floor 8 years ago, and it was a pleasure working with them to correct the problem. I was a nervous wreck but they kept assuring me they would do everything possible to correct the issue and they definitely kept their word. Nick was a pleasure to work with and I could not be more pleased with the results. The first sanding/coating that was applied to the floor didn't completely get rid of the spot. They came back the next day and did another sanding/coating! My floors look fantastic - - almost better than when they were first installed! Beers flooring is the best! If I could give them a 10, I would!

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism we experienced from the staff at Beers Flooring from start to finish in providing the needed assistance in the selection and installation of our hardwood floors. Most important, they scheduled the work several weeks in advance and showed up precisely on the day as scheduled and completed the work in 5 days as had been communicated to us. No delays or hick-ups. The foyer, living room, dining room and staircase look beautiful. The custom built bottom step on the staircase was beautifully crafted to fit the existing banister. Already several of our neighbors have come over to see our new floors and commented on the high quality of the hardwood floors. I would highly recommend Beers Flooring to my family and friends.

We knew we could trust Beers to do the best job possible to install the most beautiful white oak in our family room and refinish our existing hardwood floors with glitza. Although we had to be out of our house for 2 days, it was well worth the inconvenience. We had used Beers quite a while ago to refinish and glitza some of our other hardwood floors and they have held up up temendously well considering we have always had at least 3 dogs throughout the years. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Beers!

I'm a happy repeat customer and have recommended Beers to many of my clients . This job was flooring for a rental duplex. Chose the fabricated wood look flooring which turned out beautifully. Low maintenance and durable,perfect for a rental. Brandon did a great install job and left the site neat and tidy. Larry delivered in very tight time frames at a good price and with good cheer.
