Ayhan has the most integrity out of any architect I have worked with. He has renovated several apartments in the building where I live. I am currently working with him on a kitchen renovation. He is smart, responsible, talented and very fair and I can not say enough good things about him. He's a rarity in the world of NYC architects.

Chelsea Atelier Architect designed and executed a gut renovation of a 2200 square foot apartment, which included completely reimagining the apartment's layout, moving kitchen and baths, overseeing contractors and taking ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the work from engineering issues around layout, A/C and building constraints all the way to interior finish selections including appliances, fixtures, wall coverings, and window covering.

I have worked with Chelsea Atelier on various projects since 2006. The initial project in 2006-2007 was a major renovation of my townhouse. Since then, Chelsea Atelier has worked on a number of addition projects and is currently working on a project at my house. The work included architectural drawings, construction management, choosing and negotiating with contractors and design work. Their work has been not only impeccable, but also practical. Ayhan Ozan is professional and is able to deal with the many issues and problems that come up during construction. He was great to work with, has a lot of experience and he has great taste. I highly recommend him for both large and small projects.

We hired Chelsea Atelier Architect as the architect and project manager for my townhouse renovation. The final product created was spectacular and I am very pleased with the level of detail. They are a pleasure to work with, managed the contractor exceedingly well and really understood the project's needs. Highly recommended.

Commented: I love your closet doors, may I please know where you order them?These are customs made doors using pivot hinges. Your Carpenter should be able to buy and fit them to your closets. They are lacquered. Good luck..
