Matt Holloway and the Aspen Builders team made our remote build in Western NC go seamlessly. Over the course of a year, the team coordinated site visits, vendor visits, materials selection and kept us well informed from our SE PA home. When the inevitable questions arose, Matt and his team communicated clearly and helped us work through mutually beneficial solutions. We moved in full time in June, 2021 and the Aspen teams follow up post close has been terrific. We can't recommend Aspen highly enough.

Building our home with Aspen Builders has been a great joy. My husband and I live out of state from this home project which at first had us concerned about the distance, but the Aspen crew worked continuously to keep us updated with photos and many regular calls on progress. We live in Ohio and were planning to build a home in the mountains south of Hendersonville, NC. Matt Holloway at Aspen Builders was recommended to us by friends whose home in Kenmure was remodeled by Aspen. Matt came to our initial meeting totally prepared with an in-depth & detailed cost proposal for our project. He had obviously done his homework, a pleasant surprise! He supplied us with the names and contact info for many of his other clients and we called most of them. Across the board - GREAT reviews and all had stayed friends with Matt and his crew after completion of their projects. The Aspen Crew worked well with our out-of-state designer and sent photos of progress regularly. On those occasions when we were able to make the trip to NC to check on progress, Matt gave us all the time we needed and made it possible for us to meet with many of the major subs as well (painter, stone mason etc.). Neighbors often mentioned to us that they were impressed how clean Aspen kept our building site. Our home turned out beautifully and Aspen has been faithful with follow-up, tending promptly to even the smallest settling crack in the paint. Aspen has since built a home for a neighbor in our development and they also were quite pleased. We had a great experience with Matt Holloway and the entire Aspen crew and we LOVE our new home in the mountains!!

Aspen Builders recently completed our 6000+sq.ft. custom "dream home". Their attention to detail, quality in materials, and concern of what we were really looking for is rarely seen in the building industry, in my opinion. As I observe other building projects currently in our area, I see that our project moved with much greater expediency than most. Aspen Builders did an excellent job building our house. They were easy to work with, hired great subcontractors, kept the worksite clean, kept working steadily on the project with no long delays, and finished the project almost two months ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them. The project started in Sept, 2013 and finished in July, 2013.

Aspen Builders built our home in Flat Rock, NC in 2011. We built an addition 1 year later and never considered using anyone but Matt Holloway and Aspen Builders. No detail was overlooked and everything was done to perfection. We have a home in Columbia, SC and plan to remodel it and Aspen Builders is coming to SC to do the work for us.
