Artful Pools was used for redesigning our backyard as a extension and expansion of our living area. Artful Pools provided a concept design, project schedule and project coordination.

Comment from Artful Pools Design and Consulting:

This project was a 1960's pool with screen enclosure that had settled over the years and was previously remodeled and main drains plugged and shell pressure grouted. Over the years it continued to settle till the deep end tilted 5" out of level. There were some structural cracks in shell and on deck.
Remedy was to demo screen, deck and level beam of shell along with using Tourqe Lock Staples on structural cracks. New plumbing, tile, paver deck with coping and the finishing touch an outdoor pergola raised wood deck and 2 waterbowl fountains.
Now it looks brand new and up to date for a great outside living area.

I'm an owner builder in Oviedo, FL who was working with a pool designer that had bailed on my project. That's when I went to Artful Pools and found Mark Richter. Mark was very nice and professional and he redesigned my pool and I had a set of construction plans along with the excavator digout plan ready in less than two weeks. Now i'm in the process of collecting my bids and will be pulling the permits soon. I highly recommend Mark from Artful Pools Design and Consulting
