I have been working with Archiscapes for many years. As a Luxury Home Realtor, I have referred several of my best clients to have Archiscapes to design their dream home on the beach. Their creativity and passion for architectural design shows in every home they design. When it came time for us to build our personal home, we had Chris and his team design it for us. The design challenge was for a single story coastal cottage with an open floor plan on a small lot close to the beach. Chris and his team came up with the perfect design to maximize every inch of space in the home. We could not be happier with the finished product and everyone loves our amazing home.

We interviewed multiple architects but when we met Chris and Amy we knew we found the right team. Archiscapes helped develop our dream home at the beach. They were flexible to meet on our schedule as we built our home from a distance. Similarly, he worked well with our builder which was critical for us living out of town. Chris is incredibly talented and creative and made the whole process fun. He is a great listener who pays attention to detail and "thinks out of the box". Archiscapes provides the following services 1. Initial design consultation to ensure the proposed home will fit on the home site and meet all required ARB requirements in a particular community as well as meeting the clients wants and needs. 2. Preliminary design and ARB approval. 3. Final architectural , structural, storm water, and landscape plans for final ARB approvals and permitting. 4. Periodic site inspections as required during the build process.. Extremely courteous, helpful, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We hired Archiscapes to design our dream beach home in Seagrove Beach, Florida. We cannot say enough about the quality of work they produced. Most architects deliver 15 to 25 pages of detail, leaving a lot to be left to interpretation between the owners and the builder. Chris Stoyles and his team produced 90 pages of detailed drawings. Others were going to produce a fraction of this detail, and for a higher price. When the build began they were with us all the way through construction, being onsite at least twice a week, and sometimes every day. I'm a perfectionist and these guys went well beyond our expectations.
