My wife and I commented to each other that this is probably the best contractor experience we have ever had. On his initial visit Josh clearly explained the cause of the damage and the repair process that your team would follow. Hector called when you said he would and Balthasar and Hector were here the following Monday morning. The preparation of the area to protect our decorative concrete was impeccable and the work site was swept and clean at the end of every day. Then on Friday, Arturo and his crew arrived and applied the finished stucco. The blending of the old and new stucco is impressive, we won’t be able to distinguish between them when our home is painted shortly. After picking up and cleaning the work area, the crew even offered to help move our lawn furniture and potted plants back to their original locations. Please thank your crew for us, this was an excellent experience.

A few years back we were hired to build a kitchen in a house that was being re stucco-ed by the guys over at AppTek, and i cant stop comparing every stucco job since then, to them. The house was a complete rework, all old stucco and paper was removed and the home was refinished a "Santa Barbara" finish. I was more than impressed by the team they have, the house was wrapped very quickly and the finished product took about 20 years off of the house. It was incredible, all the corners where tight, sharp and plumb. The long straight walls where perfect. I have seen A LOT of new construction and remodels and have never seen a stucco job that was as on point as what the guys at AppTek do. They have truly mastered their trade. We are planning on a home remodel in the near future, and you better believe AppTek is my only option for the stucco work. Hands down the best in the business.

Apptek did the original stucco work on my residence approximately six years ago. As a result of water damage, a portion of an exterior wall needed repair and replacement. Apptek did an excellent job of matching the color and texture of the new stucco and it looks as good as when the job was first done! They are clean and efficient. They show up when they promise and complete the work as promised - very professional.

Adam and the Apptek crew had done previous work on the house. Their quality of craftsmanship made it an easy choice for the additional work. The project scope at least tripled in size from the original job walk, but the time frame remained the same. Adam and the crew were able to man the job accordingly and did everything possible to meet our demands and not sacrifice quality, professionalism or cleanliness. They have become an integral member of my construction team.
