Bluewater Building, led by Anton, did a superb job in designing and building our new home. The quality of build and attention to detail is excellent. What we particularly appreciated is that they are constantly on the side of the client throughout. This was evidence by questioning and challenging both ourselves (which we needed) and the architect during the design phase and ensuring that we stayed within budget during the build. Bluewater's onsite management of the various trades is excellent as they are experienced in knowing what works. Even at handover, when we were checking for minor defects, Bluewater had already spotted these, with rectification in hand. Altogether a very good experience in what can be a very stressful time. Highly recommended.

We sought the services of Blue Water Building to fit out our restaurant Yarri. We chose them because they were local, and we had only heard positive feedback in relation to their reputation as an attention to detail, quality building company. Anton and his team were able to fit out our restaurant to the highest standards, while meeting both budget and timeline constraints. They were able to problem solve and offered great advice in relation to structural and aesthetic finishes. We have a beautiful, functional restaurant and kitchen and are extremely grateful to Blue Water for making it happen

Blue Water Building Co was our first choice builder for our new home. It was the first time that we had ventured into house building – but having seen other projects by them in the South West we felt that they had the quality of build we were hoping for. We received excellent advice from them from the outset and they helped us select the right architect for our project and budget. Our subsequent choice of architect developed into a great 3 way relationship, with all parties understanding each others needs, a very important part of a happy process. Although the initial price of the build came in over budget – Blue Water were able to cut the specification and openly discuss alternative solutions that would still have a high degree of finish and beautiful design treatment. Once the spec and final budget was signed the build was quickly underway, with tremendous quality of craftmanship, attention to detail and builder focus. The Blue Water team were always on hand to chat through any questions or queries that we had and made the process very easy for us, it was a very smooth project with no issues or late deadlines – We are very proud of our build and I know Blue Water are too.

My Husband and I employed Blue Water Building Co. to build a new home for us. We had heard good reports about Blue Water and after speaking to them and going through the quoting process we decided that we would give the job to them. The project was not without a few challenges along the way - but what building project isn't ? What we have to say is that when the problems did occur the staff where very obliging and always did there best to see that in the end we were happy with the result. We are thrilled with the final project and love our home. We would rate Anton and all the staff from Blue Water Building very highly and recommend them without doubt.

On purchasing our block of land Bluewater Building were recommended to us as possible builders. We met with them and enjoyed their professional attitudes their ideas and also their personalities... If you have to work with someone for nearly 2 years you need to get on with them. The design process was equally relaxed and they never minded changing tack if the final product was to be successful and more liveable. Once the building started the site was always clean and tidy and their subcontractors were very professional and easy to get on with. They finished the building on time and on budget the only alterations were of our own making. Building a home 200 + kilometres away is not always easy and yet we would receive regular contact and photos to keep us up to speed with progress plus photos on Facebook. We would definitely recommend Bluewater Building and, have already done so. The house itself has turned out brilliantly and we look forward to living here for many years to come.
