Anthony Edwards have provided our family home with two kitchens that perfectly meet our functional and aesthetic needs. They really listened to us and were super flexible to our evolving understanding of what we wanted (Tony Myers). The rough granite bench top took time to locate but we love it ! But the story is not complete without mentioning their installation team who were absolutely top drawer - professional and friendly (Martin SImon). The kids even wanted to invite them for dinner ! I am unhesitating in recommending this company to anyone

In Tony Myers and the team at Anthony Edwards Kitchen we found exactly what we needed; the ‘out of box’ design to complement our kitchen living room with glorious views and where the kitchen was to be unobtrusive and cope with curved 2-meter-tall windows. Tony Myers and his team (all lovely, helpful and supportive of a demanding challenging client) who visited us several times, helped us through a very detailed design process incorporating a curved island unit including its location, RAL colour choice for our units, heights of units, wood drawer interiors, wide choice of handles, Corian worktop that curves with a curved upstand, selection of appliance to complement etc. Tony and his teams’ attention to how we use a kitchen, what and how we store in it, how we move around in it, etc was focused and very detailed. We had a genuine bespoke service from him. The fit matched the expectations that the design approach had generated. Tony’s tradesmen were very competent, co-operative and polite. In particular his joiner Martin. The fit went smoothly and the team worked around the house build and other tradesmen effectively and without a hitch. We are very pleased with the result; a kitchen which is smart and unobtrusive in the open plan living room setting. We recommend Tony and his team unreservedly at 11 out of 10 for our lovely and very user-friendly kitchen

What an outstanding company!. We have been so delighted with the project every step of the way. Initially they came up with an excellent design which was so much better than the other kitchen companies we approached. They had looked through the existing kitchen to see what we needed to store and went from there, with many questions about the things we liked and didn't like. My husband is disabled so there were certain requirements for him, such as being able to manoeuvre a wheelchair around the space. They also designed a special wheeled chest of drawers for his use, that can be moved into a cupboard at mealtimes. The project manager was outstanding and spent many hours driving over to supervise the work. The quality of the cabinetry is excellent, British made and is well finished. All the contractors were efficient and a delight to work with. We cannot think of anything that didn't go well and all went according to the schedule. The whole team of people worked well together and seemed to be a happy group. Nothing was too much trouble and at no stage did we feel stressed, despite having to move into the sitting room for several weeks. We couldn't recommend the company more highly.

I’ve been working with Anthony Edwards Kitchens for around 8 years. In that time I have seen this company evolve from a unique perspective. The Kitchens I photograph for them all have in common these elements; The whole space is been considered, so for example the doors & walls are in the right place & the Kitchen has been considered in the context of the whole house. They seem very at ease also with using a wide palette of materials to create a harmonious balance for a great living space, & they pay an incredible attention to details, both large & small. The result is that all the customers I meet are all proud of their Kitchens being photographed & included in the famous Anthony Edwards Book.

Right from the start we had excellent service from the team at Anthony Edwards. The project ran smoothly from design to installation. They were very amenable to problems caused by others onsite fitting their project around any hiccups and programme delays. All in all a great experience and I would recommend to all.

We have used Anthony Edwards Kitchens for 2 projects and have been delighted with both the kitchens, we were so pleased with the first I was not sure I wanted to move house and was worried I would not recreate such a lovely space again, but they did and I love it, in fact probably more than the first. The quality of the kitchens have been amazing and also the carefully considered design to compliment the age and style of both houses. Anthony Edwards have been consistently easy to deal with and their attention to detail has been second to none. They were particularly patient with us for the first project where my husband and I had different views and we had to work through this which did result in our dream kitchen. Project number 2 was much easier and we left much of the design and specification of the appliances to Anthony Edwards due to the trust and professionalism shown in the first project. Again the attention to detail on unit colour, handle style, wall colours and overall design was impeccable and the lighting was amazing. Would thoroughly recommend them and I would definitely use them again should I ever be crazy enough to move!

I worked with Anthony Edwards 5 years ago to create a beautiful kitchen dining space in my Victorian house. I loved it! Having recently moved to a more modern house and wanting a completely different look this time, I had no hesitation in contacting Tony again to ask for his help re-designing two rooms to create a large open space which is a combination of kitchen, dining room and living room – and which is very much the heart of my new home. This time around I wanted something open plan and contemporary, but simple and understated. Having pretty clear ideas about what I do and don’t like, I wasn’t interested in buying a generic off-the-peg kitchen. I’m far more interested in being involved in the whole design process and having something completely unique which reflects my personality and tastes, but at the same time is functional, well-made and which will stand the test of time. I knew a couple of walls needed to come down to create the space I wanted, but Tony pushed me further than I had anticipated, to reconfigure doors and windows too - and the effect is brilliant. The whole space is now geared towards views of my garden which is my passion. I have a bright, spacious, stylish and flexible space which is a pleasure to cook in, relax in and entertain friends and family. The kitchen gives me exactly what I need in terms of space and storage and functionality, but it feels like part of the overall living space rather than simply being an add-on. Tony’s team are always helpful and friendly, and generous with their time and ideas. They managed the whole process for me from start to finish bringing in excellent trades people – builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, flooring specialists, decorators and of course the kitchen fitters – all of whom were incredibly hard working with an excellent eye for detail. I didn’t have an enormous budget and Tony worked very hard to pare things back when necessary to make sure we kept on track financially. The team at Anthony Edwards have also been extremely helpful offering advice on extra items such as soft furnishings and lighting which are critical in ensuring the overall look is cohesive. I would definitely recommend Anthony Edwards Kitchens to anyone who is looking for a top quality, well-designed, original kitchen space for their home.

We now have a beautiful kitchen, however the process was not smooth. Some points were good and some were poor and it is difficult to give an overall rating so we have given individual ratings below. We employed Anthony Edwards as we needed a bespoke kitchen and we wanted a company to take control of the whole project. It was not the best experience. A project that should have taken 4 to 5 weeks in end took 9 months. There was a catalogue of problems, some caused by Anthony Edwards, some caused by the manufacturer of the kitchen units. One delay was us asking for an extra door, but this had to be manufactured twice. Where Anthony Edwards let themselves down was in project management and to a certain extent quality control. More on site presence and overseeing of the work would have prevented these things happening. We found ourselves directing the trades on what to do rather than the project manager. The wall tiles were a mess. The wall tiles were crooked, the end on detail was poor and one of the window cill tiles was installed back to front (it had a rounded edge). In addition we felt that we should have been better informed. We had a number of occasions when we were told trades would turn up at certain times and this did not happen, or different trades turned up. We did not get any warning, just an email some hours later. Despite these problems we now have a beautiful, bright kitchen. The overall quality of what we received is good and Tony saw the project through to the end. Many companies would have left us to it. We would recommend Anthony Edwards. To summarise here are a few ratings: Overall Design - 4/5. Quality of trades – 5/5 (except wall tiler) Detailed Design - 2/5. Project Management - 2/5. Quality of Manufacture – 3/5. Customer communication – 2/5.

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen. Instead of a gloomy, impractical and impossible to keep clean corridor, we have a light, spacious kitchen which is a pleasure to work or just be in - and all within the original footprint. Tony's genius lies in imaginative use of space, with elegant solutions for all those awkward corners, and maximising the efficiency of the work-space without compromising design. The problem of providing enough storage space without recreating the corridor effect was solved by two large larder cupboards. These have lots of shelves at just the right heights, and folding doors for ease of access. Large drawers under the work-top take all our pans, utensils and cutlery, and one is devoted to all those bits, like pens, batteries, drawing pins and elastic bands that everyone collects and no-one knows what to do with. We had clear ideas of what we wanted from our kitchen, and Tony and his team quickly came up with a design which suited us. They were always helpful and patient, and, by use of CAD, could show us how things would look, so we could be confident about the finished kitchen. Choosing the colours and materials from the large range of samples was very exciting, and the CAD image confirmed our choices. The work involved moving a door and putting in extra windows, so was not a straight forward kitchen refit, but all went forward according to plan. Tony and his team were very good about sorting out the glitches which occur in any project, and all was completed on time. Tony over-saw the project throughout, often calling in after work to check all was well. We have seen some of the large kitchens Anthony Edwards has designed, and they are amazing. However, we thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who has a modest or impractical space, as our kitchen has been totally transformed as a work-space and the combination of materials and colours make it beautiful and fun to be in.

The kitchen was replaced, the design was similar but great improvement thanks to the advice from Anthony. The project began and was completed on time, all involved were a pleasure to work with and the project manager was great!

I introduced Anthony Edwards on a recent project where I knew that the client wanted a high quality kitchen, a custom design, the 'designer touch' with attention to detail and nitty gritty, but she was afraid that this would not be within realistic realms. I was confident that she could get the kitchen they wanted made to bespoke design within their budget and think that the end result is fantastic and is exactly what we have envisioned when designing the space within the context. I am pleased that having put Anthony Edwards forward, they delivered a fantastic kitchen, worked well with our contractor, and the Client is very pleased with the finished space, the new extension, the kitchen design responds well to the space, quality of light, enjoyment of the garden, and context. I felt confident that the client would have the same attention to detail and thought process in design and completion that we try to provide. Everyone has agreed, the new Kitchen Dining space delivers all the client was hoping to achieve. It is a good relationship working with Anthony Edwards, I look forward to completing further projects with them on board on the future, for our customer's satisfaction. Anthony Edwards have completely dealt with the design through to the installation of my kitchen. They were amazing to deal with + have delivered a stunning kitchen.
