Ann was a perfect fit with me. My decor is somewhat unusual in that I have lots of color and have a huge collection of vintage scottie pieces and scottie decor throughout my house. It was time to replace some of the scottie hardscapes (scottie stencils on hardwood floors; inlaid scotties on stoop/steps; and handpainted tiles on the kitchen backsplashs) and repaint my kitchen cabinets. I was a little afraid that Ann might try to lead me to more neutral that I wanted. I am alergic to neutral! For the first project, she showed up with an absolutely perfect limestone that WOWed me and was neutral enough that future owners would approve of the choice. From then on, I had no reason to worry. She did things on a timely manner and was spot on the budget. She made the projects easy for me by doing some of the work while I was at my 2nd home. And best of all, Ann and I are now friends.

We have had a work relationship with Ann since 2009. Ann is professional yet friendly , easy to work with and timely. The people she uses on her projects, installers, seamstress, etc are all the best in this area. What I like most about her is she will let you be as involved as you want to be and listens to your" wants " and "needs". The draperies in our home are magnificent . We have and will continue to recommend her.

Our professional relationship with Ann began in 1998. We completely remodeled and decorated our new home which was an older house. Ann designed structural changes and made many decorative suggestions for every room. She has continued to assist us with numerous projects over the years. Ann is creative, personable, high energy, and budget conscious at any level. We have always been pleased with her service and highly recommend Ann!

We have had two homes in NC and each time we have had hired Ann to help us. She has outstanding idea, provide fast service and great prices. Her kindness and comment to make every detail right is so nice. You can bank on her word. She is a five star Lady.

I highly recommend Ann Youngblood! I have worked with her on three projects over the past 8 years and have been very happy with all of her work. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, easy to work with, and adapts to your style and needs. Most recently, she helped us with our new construction home. She designed many of our main living spaces- layouts, custom rugs and furniture, fabrics- and helped us select paint colors that really tied the house together. I began working with Ann on one project but before long I decided to expand my list because I had so much confidence in her skills. She has a great way of pushing you outside your comfort zone without being pushy. She is so prompt and responsive on everything. Besides being a fabulous decorator, she is a wonderful person. After her first project (in which she learned our taste) she has been "spot on" with every project we have undertaken - very few iterations are required to achieve the desired feel and look. Her ability to work with very detailed oriented people speaks volumes for her talents. The products (furniture, curtains, cabinets, etc) she provides have stood the test of time!
