Our home suffered substantial damage in the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. The house required stabilizing of the sub-foundation, And the rebuilding of much of the house as well. We retained Anne from a recommendation of a friend. And Anne proved to be absolutely the best recommendation we ever received. Thanks to Anne. Our house is structurally solid. Our kitchen is as beautiful and functional as when first done. Bathrooms, bedrooms and entire house are wonderful to live in. Thank you Anne! Judy Baker

We'll always be grateful for Anne Trelease's insightful guidance remodeling our seriously dated condo into a home that is a joy to live in. Every day I walk through my home and can't believe I live here! Anne's advice in picking the right ceiling lighting, flooring and color scheme were all spot on. She also gave invaluable recommendations on furniture selection, and astute suggestions on how best to spend our budget. We couldn't have been happier with her work.

I needed some sort of architectural element between the street and the brick walkway that led to the front door of my rustic home in the Hollywood Hills. I had only the vaguest ideas about what this architectural element might look like, but I knew I wanted it to provide a suggestion of privacy and still convey a welcoming feeling to visitors, two ideas that seemed almost at odds with each other. After only two brief meetings to discuss the project, Anne Trelease designed an entry that simply and elegantly integrated those two ideas, using elements that complement the country feel of the house and the property. I love the result! I would recommend Trelease Architecture | Design without reservation.
