About Us

We are a high-end interior design firm for those in the Annapolis region looking to elevate the aesthetic of their home and invest in truly beautiful spaces. Established in 2006 and led by Lisa Tullai, we offer clients design services focused on the combination of luxury interiors that are livable in the everyday. We create personalized spaces that are functional, beautiful and sophisticated. We believe in creating unique environments, personalized for each client. We are never afraid to layer prints and textures, or add in some unexpected color to help clients expand just a bit beyond their comfort zone. Our projects include residential, commercial, and even off-shore spaces for boating and sailing enthusiasts. We regularly work with architecture, building and real estate firms, offering design concept services, space planning, 3-D renderings and print layouts. We specialize in interior design, space planning, restoration and renovations, custom window treatments, project management, fine furniture and fabric selections, and yacht interiors.

When we moved to Annapolis, we purged most of our furnishings and downsized, which meant we were practically starting from scratch and needed the correct amount and scale of furnishings for almost every room in our new home. We are thankful that we found Lisa! She really listened to what we wanted, and was patient in helping us sort out and compromise our tastes. She is extremely creative and talented, and has a great eye for color, finishes, patterns, and textures, as well as function. She is organized and has great attention to detail. Her network of contacts is extensive and she is highly regarded and respected by the people that she recommended to work on our house. We are incredibly happy with all the designs and furnishings and suggestions from Lisa, as well as the process of working with her.

Sew Beautiful

As a fellow design professional I have worked with Lisa on several projects, providing custom window treatments particularly for challenging windows. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. She is extremely organized which enables her to finish a project within a realistic timeframe and budget. I also sit on the Board of the Annapolis Design District with Lisa (she is the current President) and have seen first hand how she gives 110% of herself in everything she does. Lisa goes above and beyond for her clients and the Annapolis Design District.

We worked with Lisa last year to design our basement. She met with us several times to get an idea of our must-haves and our nice-to-haves. She did an amazing job! We were extremely pleased with the design. We know she is an expert at what she does but we also love about Lisa is that she is a great listener and she did not try to push us in making any particular decision. She wanted us to have what we wanted and she worked with us every step of the way. We love the design!

MVP Floor Service LLC

Lisa reached out to my flooring company, MVP Floor Service LLC to install a carpet runner on her clients steps. The entire process went off without a hitch. Lisa was well prepared and communicated her desire for the project. After she chose the carpet we invited her to our warehouse to walk her through the process, she was well informed. Then in one day the job was done and all parties were thrilled. I would jump at the chance to work w/Lisa again. It was a great collaboration between two professionals.

My wife and I moved into a new home earlier this year, and we wanted it look much nicer than either of us were capable of doing. We wanted something modern, tasteful, fun and functional; something for a 30-something professional couple. I took a chance by Google-ing interior decorators in Annapolis, and Lisa came up, so I took a chance. WOW has she delivered! She's basically part of the family, and we trust her to come in and take measurements etc. whenever she needs to. We're doing the projects in stages, and she has made the first level look like a cool model home! We couldn't be happier.
