About Us
Bacon Creek Design, Inc. has provided residential, commercial and industrial design services for Sioux City and the surrounding area since its conception in 2008. Our mission has always been to provide construction documents that are accurate, easily interpreted by the contractor and economical to the owner.
In 2008, employees and spouses of employees, purchased Schroder Engineering to form BCD Inc. The current staff is the same group of individuals that together have produced a wide variety of over 15,000 projects over the past 48 years as SEPC inc. and now BCD inc.
Our company is distinctive and suited for many different types of jobs. These jobs will always receive close, detailed, attention.
BCD Inc. is located at 220 South Westcott St, in Sioux City, Iowa, convenient to the intersection of Old Hwy 75 and Old Hwy 20, in the “Greenville District”. Parking is free and available at our front door.
