We’ve used Andregg Contracting for a primary bathroom remodel and full kitchen remodel. Patti is great at helping with design decisions and Mark supervises all the construction details. They will see the problem through until you are happy!

Mark and Patti are a dream to work with. They turned a water damage nightmare into the most beautiful upgrade. They were fantastic and they only sent the best, most trustworthy staff. Not only did Mark and Patti help improve our home, but they also gave us advice on ways to improve and upkeep we would never have thought of otherwise. They were also great advocates for us with our insurance company. I would highly recommend to anyone regardless of taste or budget/disaster or remodel because They will Listen and help you to reach your goals. Me and my family with miss seeing "mr. mark" come by regularly and I will definitely use him, his sweet wife, and his great staff in the future!

Look no further. Mark and Patti are the Chip and Joanna Gaines of North Dallas. We did not really know what to expect when we started our journey over a year ago. We interviewed multiple contractors, but we decided on Andregg Contracting. Our main deciding point was the personal touch Patti and Mark provided upfront in the sales process. Patti was our designer and she stepped us through all the decision points. She gave us a detailed design and itemized pricing. Mark handled the day-to-day construction. He was onsite daily to check on his crew and touch base with us to make sure everything was to our approval. One plus was that all the workers are employed by Andregg Contracting except for a couple of subcontractors (Shower Enclosure Install and the LVP Floor Install). We loved our experience and would recommend them to anyone. Project (Kitchen Remodel, Master Bath Remodel, Guest Bathroom Remodel, replaced floor in the entire house - Carpet and LVP, Wallpaper Removal, All New Paint, New Baseboards and Paint, Painted/Stained Stair Railing), Project Duration 3 months, and Pricing = On Budget.

We could not be more pleased with the remodel of our kitchen. We removed a wall and completely remodeled the entire space. We made many changes, and Patti and Mark listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured to do something. In addition, the little touches such as the pop-up plug in the island and the message center make the kitchen functional while still keeping the updated look we desired. Now that the space is complete, we are so thankful for the craftsmanship and knowledge of the Andreggs. Our kitchen is the perfect space for our family thanks to Andregg Contracting.

Found Andregg Contracting on Houzz. Patti came to the house for a consult and I was impressed. Project came in under time line and in budget. Estimate was very detailed and the workers came on time and were professional. Our bathroom is transformed and we love it.

Andregg Contracting remodeled my kitchen and both bathrooms this summer and my floors a few years ago. Patti was a great help in choosing the best value and quality of fixtures and finishes. Mark was great about explaining what they were doing each day and updating on progress. When snags or unknowns popped up, they were quick to notify and explain our options. Quality of work was top-notch with clean and skilled employees. Each day, the workers tidied up and kept the supplies squared away. The finished product was beyond what I had imagined and our kitchen is an absolute joy to cook in. The bathrooms turned out great and are a pleasure to use. We will be doing our bedrooms/closets and backyard soon and won't consider anyone else.

After purchasing our home a few years ago, we had several renovation ideas that we were excited about completing. Years later we still hadn’t followed thru with any ideas because it is hard to find someone to trust with such drastic changes to your home. Our search for the right contractor was sped up due to wood rot created by constant leak from an improperly built balcony. We noticed the severity of the damage when the floor began to become soft in an upstairs room. After calling several contractors, they all discovered the cause of the problem but Patti and Mark made suggestions that would best eliminate the problem from continuing to occur. From our very first meeting, we felt we would be able to trust them with our home. Luckily, this feeling was confirmed throughout and following the completion of our project. They were and remain to be responsive, courteous, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. Their entire team is made of up guys that are friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Every day they came when they said they would and let us know if there were any issues. The project was completed even faster than expected and they were ready to go right away. Since some of our damage was on the front of the house, we had to get HOA approval. Mark and Patti were ready to get started in less time than it took our HOA to approve our request. We were finally approved on a Friday evening and they got started the following Tuesday. We feel very lucky to have found such great contractors to work with and look forward to more projects in the future. Since completing our renovation, we are working with them on smaller projects (hanging ceiling fans, drywall touch ups, etc.) and they have been as wonderful to work with on these smaller projects as they were with the big job! Hopefully, next time it will be a fun project instead of one out of necessity. Casey and Melissa W.

I so enjoyed working on a whole house Build And design project with Andregg Contracting. They are sensitive to the budget but can build impressive high budget Home and Kitchen and bath remodels too.
