I could not be happier with my new garage door! I had an old wooden garage door with dangerously worn springs that needed to be replaced. Throughout the process Frederick was very responsive and made sure all my questions were answered. He also helped maintained the spring for free and reduced the noises. I used AMC local garage door repair to fix a broken torsion spring o my existing door. When I called for service, I got a helpful rep that set up the 2-hour appt window. Frederick arrived on time within the 2-hour and got to work. My door opener setup a bit non-standard. Frederick gave me some options on how to best address the broken spring and some other structural issues with the door. They did the work quickly and with quality.

I called Frederick to fix my garage door after reading some good online reviews and I must say, he far exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, professional, affordable, and was available to help me out right away. He even charged me less than his original estimate, after he realized that my garage door is old and didn't require an elaborate fix. I really appreciated his honesty, as he could've charged me much more. I'll definitely use him again if I have future garage problems.

I called to replace broken garage door springs and he offered to come out the same day anytime. I scheduled the work the same evening that I called and he arrived with the parts already in hand ready to complete the job. The springs were replaced quickly and correctly and he seemed to have a lot of knowledge and his work was quality. I will hire them again should I need further assistance with my garage door and I recommend them to others.
