The owner, Troy Peck and his staff have well over 20 years of experience with numerous trades throughout the residential construction world including whole house renovations, additions, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, tile, doors & windows, painting, roofing, siding, trim work of all types such as crown mold, door and window casing, base trim, custom built-ins, mantles, box beam ceilings, footings/ foundations, concrete flatwork, cabinetry, pole buildings, garages and custom homes. One of our specialties is taking on projects that many other contractors seem to shy away from for example removing entire roof structures from existing houses and stacking a second story, while the homeowners are still living in the house. There are no projects too big nor too small and definitely no projects that we are incapable of taking on. Troy's crew did an excellent job on my remodel. I had numerous contractors come in to look at the job and rarely received a bid/estimate back. Troy sent over a 3 page breakdown of my bid which probably took him over an hour at no charge to me. My project was removing a 25' load bearing wall and putting in a glulam beam with a post support. i also replaced two windows 10x5 and 8x3, removed current kitchen window and reframed in another location, move our current slider downstairs where an old aluminum slider was, framed in the removed slider and put the new slider location down in place of the dining room window. also framed in a new 5x12 pantry (behind cabinets/refrigerator). quality and craftsmanship was excellent and the price could not be beat! Troy and his crew did an exceptional job with an addition to our home. The Allure team was very professional, ahead of our timeline the entire project, very mindful of our budget, and the results were amazing. Very slow to respond to emails and messages. Consistently missed scheduled events coming up with numerous excuses. Gave an estimate that was much higher than what was initially discussed. Emailed declining the estimate and stating that it was much higher than discussed and no response was received. Got a general feeling of not caring about the customer.

Mr. Peck gave an affordable estimate to remodel the main bath which included: all new tile and counters, new custom cabinetry, separate shower stall from the tub which includes a built in seat and grab bars, new toilet. Being from out of state and assisting my parents from a distance, it was great working with Mr. Peck. He worked within the agreed timeframe, was reliable and trustworthy. I have shared his name with others who are going to be having him build a patio and deck cover soon. Great job!!!

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this builder. I relied in part upon the positive reviews from Houzz in selecting him initially. The finished product is good, but he habitually missed timelines and paid poor attention to details. He started strong and finished poorly - continually overlooking details. I believe he may perform better on small projects, but lacks the business structure for larger or more complicated projects. Lots of creative excuses.

I had Allure Construction build a complete basement remodel for me. I had three companies give me estimates, and after my initial experience with the owner Troy and his prompt and very detailed estimate, I knew who I wanted for my project! Troy and his crew did a truly remarkable job on my basement and it looks beautiful! They always kept me updated on changes/revisions that were required, their timeline for completion was very accurate, and the estimate was also very accurate compared to the final cost. This was my first time hiring a contractor for a large project, and I will always use Troy and his company for future projects. They are complete professionals who know what their doing and and extremely trustworthy and dependable...I cannot say enough good things about them!

We've worked with Troy and Allure on several jobs over the last 15 years. I have always been impressed with the quality of work, the speed in which they finished, and the attention to detail. There were never any unknown costs, needless costs, or overpriced items. He is always on top of every phase of construction. We are thinking about an addition, and our first choice will be Allure. Troy makes the whole process painless.
