Alicia was wonderful to work with! She listened, she really knew her materials, she answered all of our many questions. Take a look at the photo - we ended up with a bright, beautiful kitchen! I wanted durable countertops with no glare. Alicia came up with leathered granite. Perfect! I was very particular about the type of window and that it would have a sill. Alicia spent a lot of time figuring this out with the construction guys since the window I wanted required a larger hole and a higher placement (to accommodate the high faucet). The window and sill worked out. The new cabinets worked out. The new lighting worked out. Going through a kitchen reno was disruptive but in the end we're very happy with the kitchen and thankful that Alicia was our designer and main contact person.

Alicia was great from the very beginning. She answered all of our questions from beginning to end and explained all of the details of the project from the very beginning. The first design layout that she created was the only one that we needed to see. We didn't make it easy with changing our minds on the different styles of cabinets, back splash and countertop but she was always quick to respond and offer different options. Top notch customer service and will recommend to all friends and family.

Alicia Clark was a top notch professional from the beginng to the end of our project. She listened, heard and repeated, and then set about to satisfy our requests. She guided us about current specials and upgrades. Alicia and her colleagues at Lowe's gave us specially prepared materials and information that depicted our project and prepared us for what was to come. After the project began, Alicia was always available and eager to assist with our questions and concerns. If resources were available, we would enlist her to design more projects today!

GREAT- needs to work on communication tho! that is really my only complaint. I am obsessed with my new bathroom
