I hired Green Shoots Garden Design on the recommendation of my architect to complete the design and build of a large area patio, including a water feature, adjacent to the rear extension of a dwelling house. The design was imaginative and appealing. The planting was excellent and the final finish was completed to my satisfaction on time and on budget. We hired Alan to completely redesign our garden following a house renovation. We were delighted with his plans which he went through with us in detail prior to work commencing. We did not find Alan through a referral, only via an Internet search so were a little nervous But liked his work on the website and particularly some of his smaller garden work which would have been akin to ours so decided to go with him. Alan did an excellent design that excellently complimented our house renovation. He listened attentively to what we wanted and matched a design which fitted our budget and lifestyle. His attention to detail when selecting the style and type of stone that matched our budget was evident when the job was fully completed. Alan gave practical advice on the future development of our garden to compliment the work done and he had no hesitation in responding to us when we contacted him regarding other advice when the work was completed.
