FT Constructions are true professionals. They are trustworthy, dependable & skillful. Their pricing is reasonable and their workmanship is excellent. They did an array of jobs for us. They gutted and replaced a complete bathroom (including fixing water damage to walls and floor), replaced countertops in our kitchen, replaced a busted water heater, installed laminate flooring throughout the house, and painted the inside). Fred Toofan worked well with the city of Campbell, and was super instrumental with getting the best materials at the best price. We selected and purchased items in Home Depot, as well as other stores, and his team picked them up, and installed them as requested. His team left a clean property when they were done with the work (all debris was hauled away in a timely fashion). When we had a water leak over the weekend, Fred was responsive via text right away. When it was determined the issue can be delayed to Monday, his team arrived first thing on Monday morning and resolved the issue right away. I highly recommend considering FT Construction for your next construction project. I am looking forward to working with them on my future projects.

Fred and his team did a 2.5 bathroom remodel for us. He completed the project in a timely manner, as promised and with a competitive cost estimate. Throughout the project, he communicated with us efficiently and was open to our feedback and change requests. Like every construction project, we inevitably ran into unforeseen issues, but he always made sure the issues were addressed to our satisfaction.
