We decided that we wanted a small pool and heard many horror stories about pool contractors taking a year or two to finish the job. Therefore, we were cautious choosing our pool contractor. We asked several companies to give us estimates but ultimately chose Advanced pool Design, INC.. Our design Consultant was Jake. We worked with him until we finalized our plans. Then we met with the owner Jerry Roland at our home. We marked out the plans in the yard, with Jerry making sure we got what we wanted and all our questions were answered. The time line for the project was reviewed. The contract broke down the payment schedule based on phases of completion. If a change in any part of the project was initiated, it was put in writing so both parties had it documented. Once the permit was received, every step of the project went as presented and fast. From signing to completion was 5 months. We could not be happier with Advanced Pool Design.

First i wanna thank jerry and jake and the whole team the experience was beyond what me and my wife could have expected jerry is a hands on guy with attention to detail over saw all aspects of the pool process and it was done from start to finish in a very short time we could never be more happier our backyard is a paradise we dont wanna leave i highly recommend advance pool design inc give them a chance youll be more than happy jerry builds a awesome pool

My wife and I were extremely impressed and satisfied with Advanced Pools &Spa. All the subs were outstanding and they completed our project on time(4 months)! The entire staff was so easy to deal with and the owner Jerry was very ‘hands on’ and involved from start to finish. Whether I called, texted, or emailed I always heard back promptly. Jerry was always there for us regardless of our questions. Jerry was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable about the pool business do to his vast experience in this field. We love our pool! Jerry and his team did an amazing job. Everyone on Jerry’s team was professional and respectful. We were very impressed. It took a bit of time from start to finish but there were no unrealistic expectations. Jerry communicated back with all of our messages in a timely matter and Jake walked us through the initial design and financing information. Both gentlemen were very accommodating. Can’t say enough about how much I love my new pool by Advanced Pool Design. Jake is as my salesman and he worked with me from idea through design. Jerry is the owner and he was on top of the project from start to finish! From the beginning I was able to make all of the design choices and make sure I was getting exactly the size and shape pool I had envisioned! Couldn’t be more happy with the final product.

I Pretty much knew as soon as I first met with Jerry on designing us a pool, he was going to be the one to do the job.. Our pool was finished in late august 2018 and we couldn't be happier. As he told us from the beginning, he would be on the job overseeing everything each day the crews were working, and he was. He was always easy to get ahold of to answer questions throughout the whole process, which was also a big plus. The quality of our pool is noticeable!, and I know if we have any problems/questions he will be there. Love his down home personality!
