Adam and his team at ADNIC are exceptional project managers (and carpenters) who possess a very rare breadth of skill and knowledge because of their experience in custom homes, office-commercial space and industrial construction. The creative solutions that stem from this spectrum of experience should not be underestimated; we’ve seen it in action time and time again. Add to this a serious commitment to efficiency and clear/constant communication and well, I’m always impressed. ADNIC is a serious builder and we readily recommend them to our clients.

ADNIC CONTRACTING LTC. fixed a major pipe leak on my property that involved a large excavation and repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with their work. I was referred to ADNIC CONTRACTING by a friend and couldn't be happier from the recommendation. This company did a fairly large residential renovation for me ( new kitchen, new floors, new bathroom, lighting…etc) and not only was the reno done in a timely manner but it was done with accuracy, detail and passion. The employees were friendly, professional, patient and accommodating but most of all they were affordable. I would 100% over and over use ADNIC again for any small, medium or large side renovation. I am an Interior Designer and I have had the opportunity to work with builders over the years, and I must admit, I am very impressed by Adam and his team. Our first project together, I was brought in as the Interior Designer and I had never met Adam but his professionalism and speed/accuracy at not only predicting pricing but also how long things would take was a breath of fresh air. As designers we sometimes are not kept up to date with how close we are on budget and timing of trades, but with Adam I knew in advance what was required of myself and my client so that we did not hold up the project in any way... which saves money! After working with him the first time, I have introduced him and worked with him on other projects as well. I would highly recommend him!
