We are extremely pleased with Pinehurst Homes who completed our new build in 2020. Their knowledge and workmanship is excellent. They pay attention to detail and provide guidance and communication throughout the process. Very understanding of client/homeowner needs and concerns - always willing to do what it takes to get the job done the correct way. Builds solid homes - meaning they have high standards in areas that many may not catch (size of foundation block, house wrapping, flooring, to name a few) that other builders in our area did not use. Very patient with us when we went through series of change orders. They stand by their name and work. Staff at office was always very personable, understanding, and helpful. They are very busy, so I can see where there is work they cannot take on or have timeframes that are not necessarily short. Personally, I would wait to have them do a job. Cannot say enough about our satisfaction with their team, and we love the home they built for us!

Very professional! The team at Pinehurst Homes made sure that my 1860s was completed properly, on schedule, and under budget!!! I completely understand why Wayne and his team were the most highly recommended rennovation specialists we could find in the Moore County area.

Pinehurst Homes was with our project from "idea" to final remodeling delivery. Project included and new 2nd floor back porch with a storage room underneath. A complete replacement of our deck including new support structure, utilizing the latest in composite materials for the deck, steps and railings. And finally the addition of a new front porch, with metal roofing and decorative poles and a new front door. Pinehurst homes was flexible with us during the design phase and also with changes and choices we made during the project. We felt confident with the quality of their work, and their committment to stand behind their work.,and were not disappointed.

We have used Pinehurst Homes for two remodels and would use them again. Everything they do is top notch and first rate. Wayne Haddock is the best at restoring older homes back to their glory. Wayne and Vickie are also a dream to work with. Would recommend them for any job, large or small.

Pinehurst Homes built our lovely home in Southern Pines, NC. Wayne, Vickie and Brandon were great to work with and responsive to all our concerns through the building process. We built our home from long distance while living in PA. Our confidence in Pinehurst Homes grew throughout the process. Contractor offered estimate in good time; met with us and helped us to make practical and economical decisions. After agreeing to plans, all appointments with sub-contractors were met on time and with excellent results. At no time were we ever dissatisfied with individuals who dealt with us; they were polite, respectful, and always completed the tasks satisfactorily. We were delighted with the care they took in doing their individual jobs and also with the general contractor's attention to the overall work.

Our 9 month experience with Wayne Haddock owner of Pinehurst Homes in Pinehurst NC was true perfection from start to finish. The renovation/gutting or our 26 year old home was smooth sailing. He and his team made our dream come true! All the details were thought through due to his lifetime experience in construction. My husband and I moved to Pinehurst,NC from Westlake Village,Ca in May of this year. We found a beautiful home that we loved but it really needed a lot of updating since it was built in 1988 and had not had much updating done since then. We hired Wayne and Vickie Haddock of Pnehurst Homes to do an extensive remodel. Work began at the end of August and we are almost finished at the end of November. We have been more than pleased with the work done by Pinehurst Homes...in fact we are thrilled at the way our home has turned out. The Haddocks have been honest and reliable and have done everything we asked of them in a very pleasant and professional manner. I've always heard horror stories about remodels but we have had a very positve experience. I very strongly recommend them to anyone considering remodeling or building a home in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area of North Carolina. Pinehurst Homes should win The Best of Houzz Award!
