Judy did two remodels for us. The first was converting a small store into two lovely B&B units. She came up with a unique floor plan, added 8ft onto the existing building and managed to enlarge the existing bathroom into two separate units. Her attention to detail met that we had almost no changes which made us and the contractor very happy. The second remodel converted a very dark bedroom and tiny bathroom into a bedroom with lots of light and a complete ADA handicap bathroom that is more functional then any l have seen and also very pretty. Again she added on a few feet to the existing building but just enough to make the rooms functional and keep the cost within our budget. Again her design and her attention to detail were great. She has a talent to see beyond the existing rooms and come up with a unique solution. I would not attempt another remodel without her expertise.

Judy Luckenbach is a competent, energetic, creative, positive local home remodeling professional. She listens well, brings functional and creative ideas to the table, and finds competent sub-contractors to do what she designs. Her record keeping is clear and timely, and her fees are appropriate. I highly recommend Judy Luckenbach!
