Tommy Cupp (who also happens to be my next door neighbor) saved my house, He has a sharp eye, great attention to detail, and deep expertise in nearly every area of building and renovation, and he was the first to notice damage to my roof and walls based on very subtle exterior clues that, unbeknownst to me as an absent landlord, was causing water to stream into my house, damaging the interior. Tommy came up with creative ways to put in lasting fixes, and he moved FAST - it was due to his efforts that I was able to fix all the problems and successfully rent my house.
