Zecy Residence

A pair of french doors open out to the new screen porch. On nice days these can stay open and further expand the size of the new family room. New ceiling beams were added to differentiate the breakfast room and family room. Complete renovation of the kitchen and the addition of a butler's pantry, family room and screen porch in the style of the existing house. Symmetry was very important to the client and we were able to make a nod to that without being a slave to it. Light and openness was very important in the project as was creating a strong connection to the exterior and the screen porch.
