West Bridgford extension

The designs rear extension use contemporary gold metal cladding to create a truly modern aesthetic. The new extension provides an open plan living and kitchen space, as well as a large new master bedroom. The landscaping provides a large social space accessible through the large bi-folding doors to the rear of the property. The glazing to the rear allows framing of the views and allows plenty of natural light into the interior spaces. the property also had a front extension which was done to contextual standards. To achieve this design the roof also had to be lifted to allow for a greater amount of space.
