The living room is centered on a beautiful Rumford fireplace which is flanked by walnut bookcases and mantel and provides for a bay window with views into the landscape and distant views of Lake Washington.

Complete renovation of 1960's ranch style home located in Los Altos. The design is functional modern with many stylish and unique amenities. The new design incorporates more light and views to the outside. Features of the home include vaulted ceilings, a large chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances and a more open floor plan than the original home. Sustainable features of this project include bamboo flooring, solar photovoltaic electric generation, solar hydronic hot water heating for the pool and a high efficiency tankless hot water system for the pool/exercise room.

This new construction project in the Hill Country just South of Austin is clean, crisp and transitional. Project highlights include Hickory Chair custom furniture, a faux shagreen oval coffee table, gray linen swivel chairs, a Tibetan lamb lucite bench. The dining area features a playful, foil wallpaper with bicycle illustrations.

Starting with a loft residence that was originally a church, the home presented an architectural design challenge. The new construction was out of balance and sterile in comparison. The intent of the design was to honor and compliment the existing millwork, plaster walls, and large stained glass windows. Timeless furnishings, custom cabinetry, colorful accents, art and lighting provide the finishing touches, leaving the client thrilled with the results. This design is now worthy of its character.
