Made Inc., and Moufelt. The custom felt headboard screen not only provides unique beauty, but it serves to provide extra privacy from the wall of windows in this intimate space.

The house's stark beauty accented by the lush, green valley as a backdrop, made this project an exciting one for Spaces Designed. The focus was to keep the minimalistic approach of the house but make it warm, inviting with rich colors and textures. The steel and metal structure needed to be complimented with soft furnishings and warm tones.

Completely rebuilt by Spinnaker Development of Newport Beach Interior Design by Kevin Smith of Details a Design Firm

Perched on wooded hilltop, this historical estate home was thoughtfully restored and expanded, addressing the modern needs of a large family and incorporating the unique style of its owners. The design is teeming with custom details including a porte cochère and fox head rain spouts, providing references to the historical narrative of the site’s long history.

Adjoining the living space, the lounge area showcases a wall of mirrors made with gilt frames found by the owner in the attic of his previous home. A black iron-and-crystal chandelier hangs above a pair of Nancy Corzine chaises in silk velvet. An accent wall in Coral Red arrowroot grasscloth by Phillip Jeffires picks up the hue the red lacquered Chinese chest.
