Vassar House

The new ceiling volume was carved out of the existing attic and mimics the shape of the home office addition. Cherry cabinets and leathered granite create a warm, contemporary feeling in the kitchen. A low wall clad in slate and limestone separates the foyer from the kitchen while allowing a view through the space to the foothills beyond. Photo by Image Engineer
