This space is quite typical of San Francisco it's a sort of enclosed deck... the table was covered over when I first viewed the space and my client was going to get rid of it - so I suggested a wood-worker sand it and revarnish it, just to see what it would look like and it's gorgeous. The cherrywood now glows and I saved a ton of money! My client loves candles so I added the Moroccan hanging lanterns and uplit the vine plant. I had spotted the pillows and loved using the two colours to match the lanterns... they also add a bit of comfort when sitting down for dinner. The pillow detail is gorgeous - beautiful soft velvet and cheeky pom-poms add whimsy. The sisal rug is waterproof too just in case of spills or leaving a window open if it rains!
