Total Flat Renovation in SW15

Our client was very lucky to find this derelict flat at the top of a great building in Putney. It was in BAD shape. We completely renovated the property including a new boiler, structural alterations, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom, new windows (sourced by the client). We built a bespoke cupboard to house the washer/drier and updated the existing wardrobes to save money. The result is a bright, warm, fresh fabulous bachelor pad.
