The Entrance Lobby. Scupltures by Padma Vibhusan Awardee, Raghunath Mahapatra

In the Entrance Lobby, on the focal charcoal grey granite wall is installed a commissioned sculpture, the 'Life of Buddha’ in high relief, in Konark sandstone. This consists of twenty-five superbly and minutely carved panels by Raghunath Mahapatra, the recipient of the Padma Vibhusan in 2015. The flooring is based on the 'Fibonacci Series'.
