Shallow cabinets, placement of the sink when u shaped

Solid bottom pantry but glass in the middle

I picture our butler's pantry (aka: coffee & wine pantry), to be pretty big with all the elements we hope to incorporate, (including a regular bar potentially?) I would like for it to have an exterior wall so we can have windows.
