In helping to market this older Eichler style home, we suggested de-cluttering, repainting, and updating two older bathrooms. Home sold with multiple offers substantially above asking price. Before:The family room was painted in a washed out, pale blue that made the room feel cold. We repainted with a neutral gray-green that warmed up the space, and furnished with complementary colors.
