In a formal dinner setting, the centrepiece is often elaborate – like beautiful flower or fruit arrangements, candles in decorative stands, and so on. However, it should not be too large, obstruct the view across the table, or be a hindrance when serving.You can have more than one centrepiece too (like the two vases here) – as long as they are strategically spaced to complement the table setting.
