This fireplace is night and day from the original! Firebox was moved down to accommodate proper viewing height of the television. Replacing an existing granite tile around the firebox and on the hearth is a ledge stone that now extends up to the windows giving the room some balance and an added carved alder custom fireplace mantel to give warmth to the space with matching bookcases.
