Seattle- Ballard Second-story Addition

This second-story addition in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood increased the family's living space by 500 sf. It created 2 bedrooms upstairs and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with entry from the master bedroom and the hall. A stackable washer and dryer were placed in the bathroom, which was much more convenient for the homeowners than their former spot in the kitchen.
