I don’t like this place one- too boring

Recessed ceiling - remove our existing halogen lights-

The bar countertop is bamboo. The company that makes them is Teragren, it's an Xcora® Bamboo Worktop with a chestnut face. The rest of the countertops are quartz, made by Silestone. I didn't see the color on their website, perhaps it's no longer available, but it's similar to tigris sand.
