The bedroom on the third floor is quite unique. The previous owners opened up the ceiling and added the little loft area above the closet and hallway. LED lighting was added for some drama. Just imagine adding a ladder and how much fun kids could have up there! An second AC/heating unit was added to help maintain the temperature.
