Riparian Plaza in Brisbane’s CBD, standing 200m tall is a magnificent representation of modernist architecture pioneered by the late Harry Seidler. Apartment 4802, a complete bare shell fit out by Noel Robinson, is the only apartment in the iconic 53 level tower to be created from a blank canvas.
