Architect: Glenn Chen Fong of Arlington VA & Custom Design Concepts of McLean VA Builder: Jeffco Builders of Rockville MD Roofer: P J McTavish Roofing of Burtonsville MD Tile: Castilla 2 Piece tapered Mission Tiles, Roman interlocking tiles The clients dream was to re-create the look of a Tuscan hill town where the houses were jumbled together, some were in a perfect state or repair and others were not. They wanted the roofs to carry on with that theme and took aged and weather worn right away. This was an exciting project for Northern as the clients allowed us a free hand to create an instant old roof. All in all a fun project!
