Queensbury [C]

This is the third of three houses from a reputable Scarborough/Beaches developer. Similar to the previous two homes, it emphasizes a very contemporary/modern curb appeal with wide open spaces, glass railings and a clean continuous stair design. This concept is referred as "Waterfall" as the treads and risers are joined, with the risers on a slight angle which paved way for the concept name. Both the treads and risers are at a solid 1-1/8" thickness and both closed stringers are at a solid 1-3/4".
