Pool deck

This is a shot of the clean-lined pool as it winds its way in and out of the grass. Some architects (including me!) would refer to this design as “controlled nature”. The reason is because it is showing that the manmade portions are “controlling” how the nature (the grass in this case) becomes a design element as opposed to just a normal plot of grass. The same thing can be said of the palm tree.
